If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please let us know and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible, within 14 days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate. If you are in any doubt, please contact our customer service department. We are here to help.In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit or failing to match the items ordered, details must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. If we receive no such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. There is a six months manufacture's guarantee on all units (except glass parts) from point of delivery. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.
